Ipanema travels… is all about slow travel. My goal is to inspire people to travel slowly and to choose for less-known destinations away from the mass tourism. On my blog I feature only personal experiences in the form of city guides or itineraries for short trips and weekend escapes. I am interested in destinations with rich cultural and historical heritage and I am keen on spreading the word about anything local and particular that would help grow the tourism in the region.
My focus is on culture, history, sustainability, making the local community popular, and uniqueness. My target group are travellers with full-time jobs in search of anything beyond the mass tourism.

Readership
My audience is 60% women and 40% men. These are independent travellers who have a full-time job and do not travel on a budget. The majority are aged 25-44 (58%) and 45-64 (25%). 20% of the readers are located in the USA, 15% in the United Kingdom, 10% in the Netherlands, 6% in Germany.
